·   Over a decade of experience leading massively valuable and complex projects and multi-locational Big 4 teams in assurance, advisory and attest practices in South Africa, United Kingdom and United States of America. 

·   In 2016, after anticipating the shift towards sustainability and integrated thinking, she joined a boutique asset manager, which focused on ethical investments.

·   Her recent focus has been on building a global community of board directors to engage in strategic debate about the risks and opportunities of climate change. Complemented by experience working with the highest echelon of executive leaders, and the ability to translate climate impacts into financial and business implications she enabled board directors to mobilise their companies through the low carbon transition, by aligning the company's strategy, reporting, targets and metrics and remuneration to meet stakeholders’ expectations.

·   In 2022 she was honoured at the annual National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100™ in New York City for her work as a fellow of the World Economic Forum. The NACD celebrates the most influential directors and leaders in the corporate governance community who have demonstrated excellence in the boardroom through innovation, courage and integrity.

Climate Governance

At the World Economic Forum, Natasha’s responsibilities included leading day-to-day engagement with the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI), which supports communities of business executives, corporate governance thought leaders, academia and experts to progress corporate climate action and enable systemic change to the way business decisions are made. The communities are organised in national Chapters, which operate in over 50 countries and provide a range of engagement opportunities aimed at building capacity on boards to fulfil their duties in the long-term service of their companies and achieve their ambitious climate targets.

Natasha is a Charity Trustee of Drivers for Change, which organised an initiative to encourage cross-stakeholder engagement called Walk2COP26 and Walk2COP27.
